1. Custom & Commissioned Art

• ✦ Final Sale: All custom-made, personalized, or commissioned pieces (such as specific sculptural paintings or custom resin designs) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• ✦ Approval Process: For commissions, we provide photo updates during the creation process. Once you give final approval for shipping, the sale is considered final.

2. Ready-to-Ship Items

• ✦ You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for non-custom items.
• ✦ Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
• ✦ Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

3. Damages & Issues

• ✦ We take extreme care in packaging fragile mixed-media art. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us at shabaltaf123@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• ✦ Required Documentation: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior packaging along with an unboxing video to initiate a replacement or refund.

4. Important Artisanal Notes

Please be mindful of the following when purchasing handmade art:

• ✦ Natural Variations: Minor variations in texture, color, or small character marks (such as tiny bubbles in resin or natural peaks in sculptural paste) are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
• ✦ Care & Longevity: We provide specific care instructions with every piece. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for damage caused by improper handling, such as exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, or moisture.
• ✦ Digital Representation: While we strive to photograph our work accurately, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Please do remember to check the product size and description to avoid any hassle.

5. International Orders

• ✦ For orders shipped outside of India, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.
