1. Shipment Processing Time

• ✦ Ready-to-Ship Items: All "Ready-to-Ship" orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
• ✦ Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because our art is handcrafted, custom commissions or made-to-order pieces may take 2–4 weeks to create before they are ready for shipment. You will receive an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.
• ✦ Holidays: Shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We do not charge any shipping charges regardless of your location.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance.

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping! Please note the following for international orders:

• ✦ Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Home Mitra Crafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
• ✦ Tracking: All international orders are shipped with tracking information so you can monitor your artwork's journey.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• ✦ You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Packaging & Fragility

• ✦ We take immense pride in our packaging process. Mixed-media art, resin, and sculptural pieces are delicate. We use professional-grade cushioning, reinforced boxes, and moisture-resistant wrapping to ensure your piece arrives in gallery-perfect condition.

6. Damages

• ✦ If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us immediately at shabaltaf123@gmail.com with photos of the package and the item along with an unboxing video so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you. Review our Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

• ✦ Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
